Damages and issues

If at unboxing a product is damaged, broken or you received the wrong product, please photograph the product as soon as possible. Simply send the picture to us on Whatsapp and we evaluate the issue and find a solution together. We may ask you for the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returnable Items

All of our non-food items fall under our 14-day return policy. Please contact us by sending an email to info@ekoto.nl or by sending us a message on Whatsapp. Please provide the reason for return and a photo of the product. We will contact you as soon as possible.

Non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like our perishable goods (such as food) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
